Abstract:Intravascular leiomyomatosis (IVL) is a rare benign smooth muscle neoplasm growing within the pelvic venous system, often with caval and intracardiac extension. It frequently coexists with uterine leiomyomas or occurs in women with a history of myomectomy or hysterectomy.
