Intranasal/subcutaneous prime-booster immunization with Outer Membrane Vesicles of Meningococci C elicits high-avidity, persistent antibodies against Meningococci B

Abstract: Introduction: Neisseria meningitidis causes Invasive Meningococcal Disease (IMD). Immunization should achieve a persistent immune response against pathogens, at local and systemic levels, which can be modulated by administration site and appropriate adjuvants.
