Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma unresectable treatment with drug-eluding bead transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. Case report end review of literature

Abstract: started to complain of side effects of NCTx and could not stand NCTx furthermore. Fortunately, the tumor showed interval decrease in size and we decided to perform operation. Left trisectionectomy with caudate lobectomy and lymphadenectomy was successfully carried out despite fibrotic changes in upper abdomen.Histopathological examination revealed cholangiocarcinoma with decreased size and clear resection margins.
