Intracranial metastasis from primary spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor

Abstract: Primary spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNET) are rare tumors, with only 94 cases reported till date. Metastasis to brain from a spinal PNET is even rarer.
