Abstract:Ewing’s sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor is rare and aggressive with a poor prognosis. Intraabdominal metastases are an uncommon condition. Metastasis in the lesser sac is an exceptional occurrence. To the best of our knowledge, this location has not been described previously.
