Intra-abdominal desmoid tumors mimicking gastrointestinal stromal tumors —8 cases: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND Intra-abdominal desmoid tumors (DTs) can mimic recurrence or progression of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Differential diagnosis is important to avoid unnecessary or inappropriate treatment.
