Internal validation of an automated system for brachial and femoral flow mediated dilation

Abstract: BackgroundFlow Mediated Dilation (FMD) has immense potential to become a clinical, non-invasive biomarker of endothelial function and nitric oxide bioavailability, which regulate vasomotor activity.
