Der EinfluR der versprodenden Phasen a' und o auf das Schwin-gungsriBkorrosionsverhalten der beiden rein ferritischen Chromstiihle 1.4522 und 1.4575 (18% bzw. 28% Chrom) wurde untersucht. Sowohl in der 0,s N als auch in der 4 N Natriumchloridlosung konnte keine BeeinfluBung der Korrosionseigenschaften durch a'-Ausscheidung festgestellt werden. In Luft und der 0,s N Losung bewirkt die Ausscheidung von a'-Phase bei beiden Stahlen eine Erhohung der Schwingfestigkeit. Der Abfall der Korrosionsschwingfestigkeit in der 4 N Natriumchloridlosung wird beim 18%-Chromstahl, im losungsgegliihten und a'-versprodeten Zustand, durch LochfraR an nichtmetallischen Einschliissen herbeigefiihrt. Die durch die a'-Ausscheidung hervorgerufene, starker lokalisierte Oberflkhenverformung fiihrt beim 28%-Chromstahl in der 4 N Losung ebenfalls zur Erniedrigung der Korrosionsschwingfestigkeit. Die a-Phase verschlechtert einerseits &e mechanischen Eigenschaften des 28%-Chromstahles und bcwirkt in der 4 N Losung Bildung von LochfraR an der Grenzflache o-Phase/ Ferrit. Die Bildung von LochfraR konnte eindeutig auf Chrom-und Molybdanverarmung in der Ferritrnatrix zuruckgefiihrt werden. * Dr. M. P.
