Internal Friction of Nitrogen-Doped Zr-Based Glassy Composite Alloy

Abstract: Internal friction of Zr-based glassy composite alloys containing dispersed-ZrN particles, which were prepared by a powder compact melting and liquid-quenching process using Zr-Al-Ni-Cu glassy alloy and AlN powders as the starting materials, has been investigated using a reed method over the temperature range of $90-350 K.
