Intergenerational continuity of crime among children of organized crime offenders in the Netherlands

Abstract: 1 Organized crime comprises criminal groups engaging in e.g. drug trafficking, human smuggling, human trafficking, firearms trading, trafficking stolen vehicles, organized fraud, and money laundering. The defining characteristics of organized crime groups are their profit-driven nature and the seriousness of the offenses they commit.
