Interesting Case Presentation of Bickerstaff Brainstem Encephalitis with Overlapping Guillain Barre Syndrome

Abstract: Bickerstaff brainstem encephalitis is a neurological disease characterized by ophthalmoplegia, ataxia with disturbed consciousness which is a variant of Guillain Barre syndrome. Here we describe a atypical presentation of Bickerstaff brainstem encephalitis with overlapping Guillain Barre syndrome features.
