Intercalation of Phenylalanine, Isocoumarin and Ochratoxin A (OTA) into LDH’s

Abstract: Phenylalanine, isocoumarin and Ochratoxin A (OTA) have been intercalated within the interlayer space of layered double hydroxides. Synthesis of these nanocompounds was achieved via co-precipitation. Their physicochemical properties were studied by element chemical analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and thermal analyses.
