Intellectualization of the Phased Assessment and Use of the Potential for Internationalizing the Activity of Clusters of Cultural and Creative Industries of the Baltic Sea Regions

Abstract: The cultural and creative industries sector is an essential driving force of the Baltic Sea Region economy. This article presents a methodology for intellectualization, including phased assessment and use of the potential of internationalization of the clusters.
