The subject of the study is the stabilization of the digital society as a complex social phenomenon, which is dynamically evolving. The purpose of the study is to analyze the theoretical and practical principles of Agile-economy as a factor influencing the stabilization of the digital society, combined with the leverage of managerial influence on its development. To form the concept of Agile-economy as a set of methods of nonlinearity, the authors use the theory of complex systems, flexible approaches, self-organization and demonstrate the influence of various factors – stochastic information, instability and uncertainty, which must be overcome to achieve its stability. The methodology of the study includes a set of methods and principles of Agile methodology as a type of flexibility and adaptability to the complex conditions of economic development as a complex system under conditions of instability and identifying mechanisms of managerial impact on its changes to improve the digital society. Methodology also includes general philosophical methods such as analysis and synthesis, generalization, systematics, structure, historical-logical and comparative analysis. Research result. It is defined that the essence of Agile-economy is to become flexible, mobile, smart and to help overcome the problems of modern society in today's unstable and crisis conditions. It is revealed that nonlinear thinking leads to flexible approaches to contemporary problems – economic, environmental, social, cultural and requires the development of the concept of Agile-philosophy, which was created by the Club of Rome and is based on a holistic approach to understanding society and addressing the deep crisis of values. The basis of Agile-economy is the reorientation of management from hierarchies to network structures, because the 21st century is the era of network structures and network economy, which requires flexible approaches to complex social systems. The practical significance of the study is that Agile-economy as a factor in stabilizing society under conditions of instability will contribute to sustainability based on the programming of society based on the balance between man, nature, society on the basis of frugality and inclusiveness. The concept of an agile economy as a stabilizing factor will help unleash the energy of innovation and creativity to stabilize the economy and further its digital development.

The aim of the study is to improve the conceptual model of the systematic analysis of the sustainable development economy as an environmentally balanced and socially oriented one, which requires the construction of a model of this type of economy based on the introduction of information technologies and the expansion of digitalization. System analysis of the sustainable development economy as ecologically balanced and socially oriented is used in the article; the model of the economy of sustainable development is developed as an ecologically balanced and socially oriented one on the basis of the analysis of new problems related to digitalization; the directions of digitization of the sustainable development economy as ecologically balanced and socially oriented are substantiated. It is concluded that the conceptual model of system analysis of the economy in the age of digitalization is far-sighted, flexible and wise and does not undermine its supporting physical or social systems, but satisfies the needs of the population. Artificial intelligence and other technologies can improve the economy, create new types of work and promote human capabilities. In recent years, the digital revolution has transformed our lives through breakthrough technological ideas, turning over the century-old business model of companies, and creating an economy where algorithms dominate, leading to large-scale changes in work, business and economics. The conceptual model of the systematic analysis of sustainable development economy at the time of the digitalization is improved, which is based on studying problems and forecasting indicators of economy sustainability. The model of economic growth of the economy is developed -ecologically balanced and socially oriented, providing welfare for everyone. The Humanities Studies. 2019. Purpose. Development of a structural and systemic approach to determining the effectiveness of the functioning and internationalization of the country’s mining and metallurgical industrial groups and the formation of their possible development vectors. Methodology. The results of the presented scientific research were obtained using general and special methods of cognition: abstract-logical analysis, systematization and combination, method of theoretical generalization, method of dialectical cognition, deduction and induction, statistical analysis, econometric method of trend formation. Findings. Approaches to the determination of performance indicators and the level of internationalization of mining and metallurgical industrial groups, which were dynamically formed in the modern conditions of the functioning of multinational companies, were systematized. Principles of calculation, system of indicators of efficiency and level of internationalization, which were chosen to evaluate the leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine, and methodical approaches to the calculation of performance indicators and evaluation of the level of internationalization were substantiated, and analytical conclusions were formulated. The forecast was made and the development vectors of the country’s leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups were established based on the econometric calculations. Originality. Structural and systemic approach was justified to measuring the efficiency of operation and the level of internationalization of mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine, which is built on the principle of hierarchy, includes logically consecutive stages and provides an opportunity to determine the actual development vectors of mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine based on the econometric trend. A close relationship was established (on the basis of the calculation of the coefficient of determination) of performance indicators and the level of internationalization of mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine with the time factor. At the specification stage, trends (parabolic, logarithmic, hyperbolic, linear ones) were selected, their parameters were estimated by the method of least squares. The statistical significance of the equation was tested using the coefficient of determination and Fisher’s test. Practical value. It consists in the possibility of using the results of the conducted research for scientific developments and practical activities. The feasibility of systematic use of performance indicators and the level of internationalization in the practical activities of the leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine has been proven. The structural and systemic approach, which is built on the principle of hierarchy, provides an opportunity to determine the current development vectors of the leading mining and metallurgical industrial groups of Ukraine .
