RESUMOObjetivo: construir um plano de alta hospitalar de Enfermagem para pessoas estomizadas intestinais à luz da Teoria Humanística de Paterson e Zderad. Método: trata-se de estudo metodológico, em dois momentos: levantamento bibliográfico e construção do plano de alta. Realizou-se a coleta de dados, incialmente, por meio de revisão integrativa da literatura com 22 artigos que evidenciaram a importância da atuação da Enfermagem aos estomizados intestinais e suas principais demandas de cuidados clínicos e, em seguida, adotou-se o referencial metodológico de Echer para a construção e análise do material elaborado. Resultados: construiu-se o plano de alta, totalizando nove sessões: dados de identificação do sujeito; dados clínico-cirúrgicos do sujeito; conhecimento do sujeito sobre a estomia intestinal; conhecimento do acompanhante/cuidador informal sobre o estoma intestinal; possíveis problemas de Enfermagem detectados; resultados esperados; prescrição/intervenção de Enfermagem; avaliação e redes de apoio. Conclusão: visualiza-se o plano de alta elaborado como uma tecnologia leve-dura direcionada ao paciente estomizado, com base humanística na sua proposição. Espera-se que sua aplicação possa nortear e melhorar o cuidado de Enfermagem ao estomizado intestinal. Method: it is a methodological study, in two moments: bibliographical survey and construction of discharge plan. Data was collected initially by means of an integrative review of the literature with 22 articles that showed the importance of Nursing performance to the intestinal stomates and their main demands for clinical care, and then adopted the methodological framework of Echer for the construction and analysis of the elaborated material. Results: the discharge plan was constructed, totaling nine sessions: data of identification of the subject; clinical and surgical data of the subject; knowledge of the subject on the intestinal stoma; knowledge of the companion/informal caregiver about the intestinal stoma; possible detected nursing problems; expected results; nursing prescription/intervention; evaluation; and support networks. Conclusion: the discharge plan elaborated as a light-hard technology aimed at the ostomized patient, with a humanistic basis in its proposition, is visualized. Assessment of health care services for people with stoma: a multicase study

Objective: to evaluate the health care services of people with stoma. Methods: a multi-case study that analyzed the implementation of five regional services. Three components were defined, namely Service management, Clinical care and Educational assistance. The degree of implementation set by a score system was classified as complete, satisfactory, poor, not implemented. Results: a service was evaluated with "completely implemented" and another as "not implemented". The best components evaluated were Clinical Care and Service Management; the one that obtained lower assessment was Educational assistance. Structural limitations included a lack of complete health staff and lack of clinical and organizational protocols. In the Process, there was a shortage of consultations carried out by the team, formation of support groups and health education. Conclusion: the regional services surveyed are not adequate to subsidize planning, monitoring and services to people with stoma, as they present structural and procedural problems that interfere with the quality of care.

Objective: To identify in the literature the theories used by nursing professionals in the care of people with an ostomy. Method: It's about an integrative review of the literature used in the LILACS, BDENF, PubMed Central, CINAHL, Web of Science and SCOPUS database. Results: The sample was made of 18 publications. Most of them were studies published in the last five years (44.4%), international publications (72.2%), published in international periodicals (66.7%), with level IV of evidence (83.3%). It was identified in the articles that the nursing theories were shown as the most used by the nurses in the care of people with an ostomy (55.5%), followed by the theories borrowed from psychology (38.9%) and, finally, the theories borrowed from pedagogy (22.2%). Conclusion: The nurses are using the assistance nursing models with a higher frequency to subsidize their surveys, as well as borrowed theories, mostly being performed and published internationally and with a low evidence level, highlighting the need of studies with a higher stringent methodology and, beyond this, analysis research of the used theories.
