Integrating fuzzy Kano model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate requirements of smart manufacturing systems

Abstract: In this article, an integrated method is proposed for evaluating the requirements of smart manufacturing systems under the era of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things. This method uses systematic research on identifying, classifying, and evaluating the requirements of smart manufacturing systems with uncertainty, multi-users, and multi-disciplines. The results of this article provide a procedure to capture the preferential SMSs-R and the framework of SMSs-R. First, this method provides a comprehensiv… Show more

“…The interval number has efficient and straightforward description characteristics, and its operation rules are generally similar to those of sets. The interval number can be used to calculate the superiority degree of service to meet the task more accurately (Qu et al, 2019). The basic concept is as follows (Ðurić et al, 2019; Fan et al, 2020):…”

“…Rojas and Rauch (2019) develop a conceptual basis of application of digital tools for intellectual management of production. Qu et al (2019a,b) offer integrating the model of fuzzy sets and the process of fuzzy analytical hierarchy for evaluating the requirements of the system of intellectual production.…”

“…Rossit et al (2019) offer a new approach to planning of intellectual production based on big data management. Qu et al (2019a,b) determine the integrated structure of corporate information systems in intellectual production systems and offer implementing it through reengineering of business processes. Hsiao and Chen (2019) provide recommendations for the network analysis of joint cyber-physical multi-agent intellectual production systems.…”

“…There exist various types of membership functions in a fuzzy logic system. In this study, triangular membership function is chosen because it is simple to calculate, and can adequately express multiple linguistic variables (Qu et al, 2019). The rule base comprising a set of ifthen fuzzy rules is formulated to describe the inference relationship between the inputs and the output.…”
