A set of thermoplastic expandable microspheres was investigated with respect to their crosslinking density and expandable property. The crosslinking efficiencies of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate in a set of thermoplastic expandable microspheres were measured. As expandable properties, expansion curves were measured by using a thermomechanical analyzer, and they also were shown by measuring the change of thickness of the coated compound consisting of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion and CaCO 3 with thermoplastic microspheres on paper. In view of the expansion ratio and heat resistance, as crosslinking density, a swelling ratio of about 20 -25 is needed to achieve optimum expansion without collapse and rupture of microspheres.

Abstract. According to the demand of new measuring AC high-voltage technology based on the development of power network, this paper proposes an AC high -voltage measuring system using high voltage standard capacitor based on the analysis of the existing AC high-voltage measuring technology, the working principle of the AC highvoltage measuring system is analyzed in detail, and the experimental research on the steady state characteristic and frequency characteristic of the AC high-voltage measuring system is made, at the same time, the possible errors are analyzed in detail. The AC high-voltage measuring system meets the technical requirements of high-voltage signal acquisition in the power system, at the same time, meets the requirements of AC high voltage measurement when the frequency is not more than 2500Hz, and has certain practical value.

In southern China, power cable lines often running in water, and the state of XLPE insulation is difficult to detection effectively. This paper studied loss parameters online diagnosis technology of power cable insulation. An online loss parameters diagnosis device was development, which consists of current comparator, voltage controlled current source (VCCS), standard capacitor, GPRS wireless transmission system, control system and the data processing unit. 108 cables were detected using this device, and it was found out that one cable appeared to middle aging and eight cables appeared to slight aging. The butterfly water trees were observed in middle aging cable, which prove the effectiveness of online testing in the loss current measurement.
