This work is an approach that brings together Learning Analytics and Ontologies for a data classification that promotes improvements and behavioral changes for students and teachers on e-Learning platforms. Combining training courses, dashboards, user's evaluations, and based on Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, artifacts were created. One of the most important artifacts of our work is the Sapes tool that aims to improve students’ perceptions of their learning path and to promote a better teacher overview to follow their students' progress. The results showed high approval by the participating students and teachers, who perceived the Sapes tool as a good facilitator of the teaching-learning process, with possibilities for self-monitoring, dynamization of the learning sequence and better interactivity with colleagues, highlighted as absent in standard e-Learning courses. In addition, the application changed the behavior of users towards the content provided by the teacher, with students performing self-management and self-regulation that were not commonly performed previously.

The article considers the issue of developing an algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of using various technologies for implementing web applications for website design with regard to their complexity and specifics of purpose. It also substantiates the key parameters that affect the efficiency of development and the quality of the final product. The basis for this assessment was an analysis of the complexity and specific characteristics of the project, requirements for its further modification, budget constraints, and others. To develop an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of web application development technologies, we analysed several existing approaches and their features. Among these approaches to implementation, we considered the following: manual method, use of tool systems, use of frameworks, use of CMS, and use of SaaS platforms. The parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of project implementation were: implementation efficiency, ease of testing, speed of application development, and ability to customise, support, and improve. As objects for analysis, we selected five web applications for different types of sites and analysed the effectiveness of using selected implementation technologies for each of them, considering the above parameters. Through the study, we determined the coefficients of the significance of each parameter in the context of their impact on development efficiency. We then proposed an algorithm for choosing a technology platform for the effective implementation of a web application of a specific category. Based on the research results, a program module was created for a reasonable choice of technology when implementing a specific web application. As a result of using the module in the practice of developing web projects, we achieved the following goals: increasing the efficiency of web project development; reducing design time due to a reasonable choice of tools for implementation; improving the quality of the final product due to the correct selection of design and implementation tools. Preparing the final project is one of the requirements for graduation from a college student. The right Final Project management system will affect the quality of education. Industrial Engineering Trisakti University is one of the leading universities in Indonesia that continues to develop its education system. Managing the final project at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering is still manual and has not been integrated. As a result, the risk of errors in entering and saving Final Project data is still high. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a final project management system at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering. It begins with analyzing the existing management system. It is described with swim lane diagrams and PIECES to determine the process flow in the system and the actors who play a role in the system. After analyzing the system, proceed with designing information systems with Object-Oriented Modeling and evaluate it with black box testing and ERRC. This research results in website-based final project management at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering.
