Integrated Coastal Zone Management is the Main Mechanism for Sustainable Development of the Sea Region

Abstract: In article it is shown that management of coastal sea regions has to have, in comparison with traditional management, a number of the specific features connected with broad coverage of the considered problems of natural, anthropogenous, social and economic, cultural and ethical character. In order that coastal management was complex, it has to consider a coastal zone as uniform natural and social and economic system.
