Intake of Purple Grape Juice as a Hepatoprotective Agent in Wistar Rats

Abstract: Grape juice is a source of polyphenols, as catechin, anthocyanidins, resveratrol, and others. Some health benefits have been attributed to these compounds (e.g., antioxidant and antitumorigenic properties).
