Abstract:O câncer de mama corresponde a neoplasia que mais afeta mulheres em todo mundo. Dentre os tratamentos mais consagrados para essa patologia, e principalmente para o subtipo imunohistoquímico com hiperexpressão da proteína Her-2, inclui-se a utilização de quimioterápicos, sobretudo antibióticos antineoplásicos e drogas monoclonais.
