Institutionalization of Performance Management System in a Malaysian Local Government From the Perspective of New Institutional Sociology

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine the process of institutionalizing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a Malaysian local government (LG).
