Relevance. The relevance of this study is conditioned by several factors. One of them is the expansion of the practice of multilingualism in educational institutions of various countries. Another, no less significant phenomenon is the awareness of the importance of the introduction of this system of education for the creation, improvement, and further development of both cultural and economic ties between different states. Ultimately, learning several languages makes the consciousness of students more flexible, creates the ground for the development of a positive worldview and thinking in general. Purpose. In order to generalise the findings, the paper provides a diagram drawing, which shows a panorama of the state of the structure of the multilingual school at the present time. It includes a number of components that are leading in the process of training teachers of multilingual educational institutions, including in the practice of implementing educational programmes based on universal and effective methods of presenting material related to foreign languages. Methodology. The search, collection, research of teaching methods in the conditions of the noted education system is carried out, with the derivation of categories of this process and the characteristics of each of them. Results. This paper analyses materials related to the study of the problem of intellectual and speech development of schoolchildren in the context of multilingualism. Conclusions. In conclusion, the forecast of the further development of this area, its prospects for the life and activities of society are given. It is reported that the system of modern education is designed to respond directly to the global processes taking place in society. These include the integration of various cultures and ethnic groups into the global cultural and economic space.

Relevance. Kazakhstan has recently joined the group of countries affected by the concept of "networked social movements". Since 2013, many blogs have started to appear on YouTube and Facebook. Using social networks blogs, political activists have begun to voice their discontent and question the legitimacy of the political regime that has emerged since independence in 1990. While social movements and controversial politics are integral to political systems, autocratic regimes are inherently opposed to controversial collective action because they contribute to the destruction of such regimes. Purpose. The goal of such regimes is to retain power as long as possible. The Internet provides new channels for citizens' voices, minority perspectives and political mobilisation. Methodology. Blogs, online forums, Facebook, and Twitter are already providing citizens with a new form of the public sphere and an alternative source of news and information, which is seen as a new platform for exchanging news. Data from blogs and print media were taken, which reported on the worst civil conflict in the post-Soviet history of Kazakhstan. Consequently, many information sources supported the government's claims. Results. This example demonstrates both the importance of an active online community in Kazakhstan and the government's understanding of the importance of online interaction with its citizens. What can be learned from the Zhanaozen case about the role of social networks on the Internet in political transformation in Kazakhstan? What role does the government of Kazakhstan play in combating political dissent through cyberspace? Conclusions. This study will contribute to a better understanding of current political processes in Kazakhstan and demonstrate the link between the increased use of social networks on the Internet and political activism in Kazakhstan.

Relevance. The relevance of the presented research is due to the fact that at the moment there are a limited number of publications on this topic, and the topic of volunteer and social activities is gaining popularity every year both in Kazakhstan and around the world. Modernisation of Kazakhstan's education, changes in socio-economic conditions in the country have led to the need to revise the system of training university students, who must have a high level of professional competence, be competitive, mobile, tolerant and ready to work in a modern, constantly changing society. Purpose. The purpose of the presented research is to consider volunteer activity, to study this term, as well as to analyse the impact of volunteer activity on the formation of future social educators. Methodology. The methodological basis of the presented research is a combination of various general scientific methods of cognition. The methods of information analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, as well as the method of induction and deduction were used in this study. At the final stage of the study, the method of systematic analysis of scientific literature related to the subject of the study was used. Results. In the course of the study, it was determined that volunteering affects the formation of cognitive, affective, behavioural components of professional self-awareness of future social educators. Also, in the course of the study, the main directions of volunteer activity in educational institutions were identified, to which future social educators can be involved. Each of the directions was reviewed and analysed. Conclusions. The practical value of the research lies in the fact that it can be used to develop a programme to attract students to volunteer activities, as well as to study and analyse the volunteer process.
