Instituições, cultura e desenvolvimento sustentável na bacia cultural do Araripe

Abstract: Este artigo discute as relações entre instituições, cultura e desenvolvimento sustentável, a partir da análise de uma experiência de planejamento que toma a cultura regional como referência. Trata-se de analisar um projeto de desenvolvimento regional, cuja mola propulsora é a promoção da cultura em todas as suas dimensões, para discutir as condicionantes culturais e os limites normativos do institucionalismo na promoção do desenvolvimento.
