Insights to the Brazilian Center North Achieves the SDG 11 Goals

Abstract: the article used as main hypothesis that the high interaction level among Brazilian Center North (BCN) cities and also with Brazilian territory could be a crucial factor to this region on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) n° 11 goals.
