Inservice Teacher Education of the “Mais Paic” Program From the Viewpoint of Educational Managers and Teachers

Abstract: This research aimed analyze the inservice teacher education of the “Mais Paic” program from the viewpoint of educational managers and lower secondary educational teachers. We used a descriptive and qualitative approach. Educational managers, Mathematics and Portuguese teachers were interviewed. We analyzed the interviews with content analysis.
