Insect Antifeedant Potent Quinoxalines

Abstract: Some 6-substituted aryl quinoxalines have been prepared and their purities were checked by their physical constants and spectroscopic data reported earlier. The insect antifeedant activities of these quinolones were studied by leaf-discs bio assay method using 4 th instar larvae Achoea Janata L.

“…Due to their properties, chloro-organic compounds are used in many areas. They are very often applied as antifungal [1,2], antibacterial [3], antifidant [4,5], cytotoxic, and anticancer agents [6]. They are also used as organic solvents, refrigerants and media, dielectrics, pesticides, monomers for the production of plastic materials, and intermediates for organic synthesis [7].…”
