“…First, the approaches proposed for handing inpatient admission management in other countries (see Ashour & Kremer, ; Mariotti, Siciliani, Rebba, et al, ; Rahimi, Jamshidi, Ait‐Kadi, & Bartolome, ; Rahimi, Jamshidi, Ruiz, & Ait‐kadi, ; Solans‐Domènech, Adam, Tebé, & Espallargues, ; Valente et al, ) are not appropriate to the China context.
