Inovação em serviços: um estudo bibliométrico da produção científica no Portal Capes até setembro de 2013

Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a produção científica sobre inovação em serviços, publicada até setembro de 2013, no Portal de Periódicos da Capes. Foram identificados e analisados os seguintes indicadores bibliométricos: (i) temas e setores pesquisados; (ii) metodologia utilizada; (iii) autores mais prolíficos; (iv) países com maior publicação; (v) universidades mais atuantes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, de natureza descritiva. A amostra compõe-se de 56 artigos. Concluiu-se que a partir de 2008 houve um aumento no interesse em compreender a inovação em serviços; 48% das pesquisas investigam estratégias de inovações tecnológicas e de marketing; 70% das pesquisas utilizam abordagem única de pesquisa, ou seja, qualitativa ou quantitativa; Sundob, Gallouj e Vargo são os mais referenciados nas pesquisas, sendo Ja Shen Chen o autor mais prolífico; os países que mais publicaram foram: Estados Unidos, Brasil e Taiwan; no que tange às Universidades, destaca-se a Yan Zen University, com 4 trabalhos publicados.
