Abstract

The author off ers a new understanding of vocational guidance on the basis of a retro refl ective approach. Retro refl ective approach involves the analysis
 of children’s games and the early enthusiasm of the child. On this basis the model of professional ideal is created. The choice of profession based on
 professional ideal ensures the success in professional career.
