Inhibiting the proteasome reduces molecular and biological impacts of the natural product insecticide, spinosad

Abstract: BACKGROUND Insecticide targets are often identified by mutations that confer resistance, but the intricacies of insecticide binding and downstream processes leading to insect death often remain obscure.
