Information Technology Transforming Higher Education: A Meta-Analytic Review

Abstract: Information Technology (IT) is rapidly transforming higher education (HE). Past studies concluded that IT positively influences HE students' learning outcomes. However, these studies either focused on specific IT or utilized formal classroom setting.
