The analysis of the state of science and practice of making managerial decisions in agricultural production projects is performed. The expediency of substantiation of the influence of the agrometeorological component of the project environment on the duration of works in the projects of chemical protection of agricultural crops is substantiated. The approach to the definition of fund of works time performance in projects of chemical protection of crops taking into account changing events of an agrometeorological component of the project environment is offered. It is based on the use of statistical data of agrometeorological stations in the regions where these projects are implemented. The peculiarity of this approach is that it provides for the formation of databases and knowledge for planning work in projects of chemical protection of agricultural crops based on the characteristics of a given project environment. To do this, computer simulation is used, which provides a systematic consideration of many variable agrometeorological components of the design environment and their impact on the limitation of the time allocated for work. This improves the quality of the database for forecasting the events of the components of the project environment, as well as gaining knowledge that underlies the acceleration of management decisions in projects of chemical protection of crops. It is established that the duration of agrometeorological determined daily fund of time for work in projects of chemical protection of agricultural crops is variable both during the life cycle of the project and in certain periods of its implementation, which is reflected by the relevant distribution laws. Further research on the planning of chemical protection projects for agricultural crops should be conducted to justify new methods and models of management decisions that will take into account the impact of changing events of the agrometeorological component of the project environment on the time and content of work in these projects.

Наведено алгоритм аналізу технологічного процесу на виробництві з використанням середовища імітаційного моделювання FlexSim. Проаналізовано задачу, яка розв'язує процес сортування та упакування виробів. Побудовано модель поведінки системи, яка дає змогу виявити проблемні ділянки, нештатні ситуації на виробництві, враховувати вхідні параметри. Для цього попередньо проаналізовано низку методів і засобів для моделювання процесу. Показано ефективність вибору показникового закону розподілу виробів зі складу на станції. З'ясовано, що закон розподілу має значення для побудови імітаційної моделі. Він дає змогу забезпечити рівномірне навантаження на станції, куди відсортовуються вироби, щоб запобігти простою чи нерівномірному навантаженню на кожну зі станцій. Виробничу задачу розв'язано в середовищі FlexSim, де побудовано імітаційну модель процесу. Розглянуто частину технологічного процесу для виготовлення обладнання на виробництві: етапи розвантаження, розкомплектування палет, відбраковування виробів та комплектації замовлення. Моделювання процесу в середовищі FlexSim здійснено із врахуванням поданих параметрів і зв'язків між ними. Побудована імітаційна модель дала змогу проаналізувати етапи розподілу виробів та обрати раціональніший. Проаналізовано результативність застосування показникового закону розподілу виробів зі складу на станції. У процесі розроблення імітаційної моделі проаналізовано вплив різних даних як на кожен об'єкт зокрема, так і на систему загалом. Подано схему взаємозв'язків між параметрами моделі та відображення даних, які впливають на кожен об'єкт зокрема. Встановлено, що взаємозв'язки між різними об'єктами моделі дають змогу проаналізувати як можна змінити логіку процесу, щоб оптимізувати технологічний процес. Запропоновано алгоритм послідовного введення даних та визначення логіки руху об'єктів на кожному етапі моделювання досліджуваного процесу.

The research presents results of the analysis of scientific and practical conditions of planning of the needs for resources, required for the implementation of the projects of agricultural production. The work substantiates the improvement of the method of forecasting the demand of natural resources, required for fodder production. That method expects the performance of four stages, which are based on production experiments and require computer modeling. The presented method, contrary to the existing ones, considers changeable natural-climatic, subject, organization, and scale constituents of the project environment of the agricultural production projects. Using the developed computer model for forecasting of the natural resource demand for fodder production under conditions of the agricultural servicing cooperative “Pokrova” of Zabolottsi community in Brody district of Lviv region, the work has studied impact of natural-climatic, organization and scale constituents of production conditions on the variation of the natural resource demand. It is confirmed that the mathematical expectation of the area of the required field for the growing of fodder crops with a proportional change of the milking herd population is made according to polynomial dependencies of the second order. The correlation coefficient of the obtained dependencies is 0.85…0.99. It confirms a strong correlation relation between the mathematical expectation of the area of the field, necessary for the growing of fodder crops, and the structure of the milking herd population. The increase of the milking herd population results in the growth of the mathematical expectation and insufficient increase of the mean-square deviation of the area of the field, required for growing of fodder crops.
