Informação e conhecimento: uma abordagem dos sistemas de recuperação de informações a partir das interações sociais

Abstract: O conceito de recuperação de informações está presente na origem da Ciência da Informação, sendo responsável por uma marcante abordagem tecnológica. Ao introduzir a preocupação com o usuário dos sistemas, a CI é influenciada pelas ciências cognitivas, que não privilegiam as interações sociais.
