Abstract: Resumen El periodismo de información general se ha deshumanizado: ha expulsado a las ciudadanas y los ciuda danos como protagonistas de la democracia y del debate público. Es necesario renovarlo para que recu pere una credibilidad que afecta también a la credibilidad de la democracia.
