Influência da comunicação no processo de acreditação hospitalar

Abstract: RESUMOO objetivo do estudo foi analisar, na perspectiva de profi ssionais, as principais barreiras de comunicação vivenciadas no decorrer do processo de acreditação em um hospital privado de médio porte de Belo Horizonte. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, envolvendo 34 profi ssionais de saúde de categorias diferentes.
