Influence of the effectiveness of raw materials on the reliability of thermoelectric cooling devices. Part I: single-stage TEDs

Abstract: них токових режимів (Q 0max и l min) при різних перепадах температури. Показано, що із зростанням термоелектричної ефективності матеріалів в модулі зменшується інтенсивність відмов ТЕП, а відповідно, зростає вірогідність його безвідмовної роботи.
