Purpose The present study aims to probe into the determinants of mobile wallet adoption by millennials with the assistance of extended technology acceptance model. Design/methodology/approach The data was collected from the students studying professional courses in leading private universities in the north region of India. Keeping in view of the objective and hypotheses, the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS -SEM) technique was used to test the proposed model. Findings The tested model brings into notice the imperative observation, which clearly outlines that there are all significant relationships, which can be observed herein. To explicitly state: perceived ease of use (PEOU) has a significant positive relationship with the perceived usefulness followed by PEOU also shares a significant positive relationship with the behavioral intention, and lastly trust as a variable under study establishes a significant positive relationship with actual use (AU). Research limitations/implications Implications for the banking industry are to ensure the safety and privacy (financial information) confidential. Originality/value The present study contributes to the literature of mobile wallet in the developing nations.

Çalışmanın amacı; psikolojik sermaye ve işten ayrılma eğilimi ilişkisinde, çalışan iyi olma halinin aracı rolünün belirlenmesidir. Hipotezler 163 mavi yakalıdan toplanan veriye, yol analizi yapılarak test edilmiştir. Buna göre; psikolojik sermaye ile çalışan iyi olma hali arasında pozitif yönde, güçlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Psikolojik sermaye, öznel ve psikolojik iyi olma halini pozitif yönde tahmin etmekte, iş yeri iyi olma halini doğrudan tahmin edememektedir. İşten ayrılma eğiliminin psikolojik sermaye, iyi olma hali ve alt boyutlarıyla anlamlı bir ilişkisinin olmadığı ve iyi olma hali boyutlarının aracı etkisinin bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. İşten ayrılma eğilimi, evli ve eğitim düzeyi yüksek çalışanlarda azalma eğilimi göstermektedir.

Assessing the mediating role of organizational justice between the responsible leadership and employee turnover intention in health-care sector

Purpose The aim of this study is to investigate the extent to which organizational justice (OJ) mediates between responsible leadership (RL) and employee turnover intention (TI). Design/methodology/approach Both online and offline questionnaire was used to collect the data from 387 Indian health-care employees, and the data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4. Findings The study’s findings demonstrated a significant positive association between RL and OJ and a negative association between OJ and employee TI. Furthermore, results also confirmed the mediating role of OJ between RI and TI. Research limitations/implications The generalizability of the study‘s data collection is limited because it is based on the responses of Indian health-care sector employees to an online and offline survey. The authors propose that the health-care sector uses RL as an approach that takes a broad view of the parties with a stake and focuses on creating fairness in acts and justice at the workplace to address the major issue of employee turnover. Originality/value This study expanded on previous research by demonstrating that the influence of responsible leadership on employee TI is mediated by OJ in the context of India’s health-care sector. It also contributes to the literature regarding RI, OJ and TI. The study also enriched the body of knowledge about using the PLS-SEM approach to predict employee TI.
