INFLUENCE OF NANOWIRE DIAMETER ON STRUCTURAL AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF Cu NANOWIRE SYNTHESIZED IN ANODIC ALUMINIUM OXIDE FILM

Abstract: Copper (Cu) nanowire arrays embedded in anodic aluminium oxide films (AAO) on aluminium substrate have been synthesized by alternating current electrochemical deposition.
