Influence of Local Environment on Bound Excitons and Bound Excitonic Mqlecules in III‐V Alloys. II. Numerical Results for GaxIn1−xP:N and the Role of Disorder Topology for the Optical Spectrum

Abstract: The binding energy, the oscillator strength, and the broadening of bound excitons and bound excitonic molecules in GaJnl -,P : N are calculated considering an 2-dependent multi-valley band structure, the mutual particle interaction, the isoelectronic nature of the impurity, and the influence of disorder in the local environment.
