Influence of isosorbide dinitrate on superior mesenteric artery impedance in humans

Abstract: In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study the acute effect of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) on the superior mesenteric artery velocity waveform was studied in 10 healthy subjects (mean age 48.2 years) over a 10-minute period.
