Influence of Different ‘Prata-Anã’ Banana Bunch Ages on Post-Harvest Quality

Abstract: Objective: To determine the ideal harvest season of ‘Prata-Anã’ banana bunches by means of physical and chemical analyses of fruit cultivation conditions in the northern state of Minas Gerais.
