“…As compared with the KNLN 1– x S x -BZ ceramics without Sb 5+ we notice that the ceramics with Sb 5+ have a lower T C , which shows a linear relationship with the Sb 5+ content. This phenomenon is consistent with previously reported results in KNN with the addition of other B-site doping. ,, Moreover, the dielectric constant value at the T c increases with the Sb 5+ doping, reaching a maximum at x = 0.07. Noteworthy, the dielectric constant at room temperature increases with the doping amount, while the dielectric losses remain low ( see Table S1, Supporting Information).…”

“…33 Previous studies have shown that doping with Mo 6+ , Ni 2+ , or Mn 2+ increases T O-T in KNN. 32,34,35 The observed shifts in the T O-T indicate that the W 6+ incorporation into the perovskite structure promotes the stabilization of the orthorhombic symmetry at room temperature, as can be observed by X-ray diffraction, due to the secondary phase formation which partially retains the alkaline elements (Li, Na, K). Here we will also mainly focus on the variations of the T C values as a function of W 6+ , Fig.…”

“…This phenomenon is consistent with the previously reported results in KNN with the addition of another doping at the B-site. [34][35][36][37] In addition, some differences in the T O-T and T C peak shapes were also observed, as shown in Fig. 4(c) and (d).…”

“…Hreščak et al reported that even the choice of the Nb 2 O 5 precursor (orthorhombic or monoclinic polymorph) can influence the homogeneity of the KNN solid solution [8]. This issue is particularly pronounced in complex solid solutions, where in pursuit of a higher piezoelectric coefficient d 33 , compositions on phase boundaries are constructed by introducing additional elements as substituents on A-and B-sites of the KNN perovskite lattice [9][10][11]. In the case of the Li-and Ta-modified KNN (KNLNT) solid solution, it was found that the inhomogeneous distribution of the A-site (K, Na) and B site (Nb, Ta) cations is correlated and cannot be efficiently avoided by prolonged high-temperature annealing or intensive attrition milling [12].…”
