Influence of Asymmetry of Cycle of Termomekhanichnogo Loading Is on Longevity of Heatproof Materials at Thermal-Cycle Tests

Abstract

Розглянуто питання ресурсних можливостей жароміцних матеріалів газотурбінних двигунів в еквівалентних та прискорених термоциклічних випробуваннях. Наведено результати дослідження впливу асиметрії циклу з визначенням оптимального термомеханічного навантаження, за якого термоциклічна довговічність буде близькою до максимально можливої.Resource abilities of heatproof materials of gas-turbine engines in the equivalent and speed-up thermocyclic tests are considered in the article. The research on cycle skewness with determination of optimal thermomechanical logging at which thermocyclic durability of material will be close to maximal possible are presented.
