“…For fistulizing CD, infliximab therapy increases all dimensions of the IBDQ score, with significant changes in systemic, emotional, and social components seen as early as 2 weeks after initiation of therapy [29]. In UC patients, infliximab treatment results in substantially improved HRQOL as measured by all four dimensions of the IBDQ and all eight scales of the SF-36 [30]. Special points Infliximab, similar to other biologic agents, is an immunogenic molecule, which may be due in part to its chimeric human-murine composition.…”
