Infertilité et hypogonadisme primaire acquis après herniorraphie inguinale bilatérale

Abstract: L'hypogonadisme primaire acquis par atrophie testiculaire (AT) ischémique bilatérale est peu fréquent parmi les causes d'infertilité. Les auteurs rapportent chez un patient de 35 ans ayant consulté pour infertilité, une AT d'origine ischémique après une cure chirurgicale de hernie inguinale bilatérale selon la technique de Mac-Vay.
