Inferior gluteal artery pseudoaneurysm related to intramuscular injection

Abstract: HighlightsA case of pseudoaneurysm of the IGA following intramuscular injection in the buttock.Importance careful physical examination in order to avoid misdiagnosis.Diagnosis and therapy are facilitated by catheter angiography.
