Infection with Hepatitis GB Virus C in Patients on Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract: Patients on maintenance hemodialysis are at increased risk for HGBV-C infection. This virus produces persistent infections, which may be transmitted by transfusions but may also be transmitted by other means.
