Induction of Plantlet Regeneration on Shallot (Allium cepa var. Aggregatum)

Abstract: Micropropagation is an alternative method for producing pathogenic contamination-free shallots seedlings. The aim of this research was to determine the optimum balance of auxin-cytokinin and sucrose concentration in stimulating the plantlet regeneration on shallot.
