Inducing tricuspid regurgitation as palliation

Abstract: We describe a technique for palliative decompression of the hypertensive right ventricle seen in pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum (PAIVS), utilizing a bioptome catheter for partial tricuspid avulsion.
